Welcome to Stage and Screen Props, LLC.

We provide prop rental services to you, subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • You must be over 18 years old to rent from us.

  • We are committed to ensuring that every item we offer is represented to the best of our ability. - Here at Stage and Screen Props., we strive to accurately represent the color, condition and appearance of our products in our online images, and to keep our props & furniture in the best possible condition. However, all items are rented AS-IS. If you are in doubt about the color, appearance of an item, please don't hesitate to ask - we're here to help!

HOW DOES IT WORK? [FAQ]

Where are you located? We are located in the Great City of Las Vegas, Nevada in the Western United States.

Do you rent to the General Public? We rent to the entertainment industry, film, theatre, TV, sports events and commercial photographers. Including photo stylist, event managers and interior designers.

How long are the rentals? Our rentals terms and rates are for (7) days. There are no price changes for short term or (1) day rentals. From the day of pick-up, you have up to 7 days to return the item[s] rented [including Sundays/Holidays]. A one day return delay is offered.

RENTAL RATES

First Week - 100% Standard Rate

Second Week - 50% Standard Rate

All subsequent Weeks [up to 8 weeks] - 25% Standard Rate

How many items can I hold? We do not have a strict number limit on items to be held, however we ask that you let us know within 36 hours of any items we may release. Please only hold items you feel are likely to be approved for your set.

Do you offer refunds for items not used or early returns? No refund will be issued once rentals have left our warehouse. We do not pro-rate for early returns, nor do offer discounts for shorter or one-day rentals.

Do you offer custom Creations? We do not. However, we have some great recommendations for fabricators in the area.

Is there a minimum rental? Yes. The minimum order for warehouse pick-up is $100.00, and for delivery is $250.00, not including taxes.

Payments All orders must be paid in full to be released. Payments can be made via wire transfer or a major credit card. There is a 3% fee charge when paying by credit card.

  • Payments are non-refundable once an Order is finalized and/or props released to the custody of the Client, their agents, or employees.

  • Changes/Cancelled Orders Changes and / or Cancellations made after confirmation are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Prop Loss Policy Replacement charge is up to 100 times the rental cost.

  • Prop Damage Policy Cost of repair, plus a weekly rental fee while the item is being repaired.

  • Security Deposit As long as we have the necessary paperwork and a credit card authorization form on file, you do not need to leave a deposit. A credit card authorization form must accompany all orders. The credit card authorization form is to be kept on file and authorizes Stage and Screen Props to bill any missing, lost or damaged items as well as any cleaning fees and/or overdue rentals.

Do I need insurance? Yes. Please have your insurance company list Stage and Screen Props on your Certificate of Insurance as the “Loss Payee” or “Additional Insured.” The COI needs to be emailed to Stage and Screen Props to be put on file with your account, prior to pick up or delivery.

What if the items I rent are lost or damaged? All responsibility for the rental items remains with the customer from the delivery date to the date they arrive back to Stage and Screen. Damages may be billed as a repair, cleaning fee, or replacement. If the item is damaged beyond repair, you will be billed for the full fair market replacement value of the item.

Can I see the props in person? Sure, Yes! While you are welcome to stop by to check out items in person, an appointment is necessary. You can email us at least 5 days prior to the day you would like to come in, as well as your contact information - and we will let you know if that date is available. Let us know the items you are interested in advance so we can ensure the items you want are available before you arrive. Please keep in mind that we are not set up like a showroom, with much of our inventory tucked away in a warehouse format. Please note that we typically need two hour’ minimum (or more for larger orders) to write up an order to go out.

Can items be taken on "memo"? We do not allow items to be taken free of charge “on memo”. If you have a need for PD/Director/Client approval we may on a limited basis give a same day discounted day rate (open hours to close). Any rental that goes beyond the allotted time period will be charged at the full weekly rate.

Can I Pick-up? Sure! Yes. When picking up, please be sure to bring the appropriate size vehicle and transport materials to protect all items during transit. Have enough crew members to load and unload your items. We do not offer free loading or unloading assistance. If you will be picking up your order please give us at least 3 business days notice to prepare your order for you.

Client Pickup & Drop Off We are open for pickup and drop off: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00pm, with off-hours/after-hours service available for an additional fee.

REQUIRED TO PICK UP PROPS 1) Insurance certificate naming Stage and Screen Props as “Loss Payee” and “Additionally Insured.”

3) Damage Deposit – Authorization on credit card. All major credit cards are accepted for payment on rentals.

  • When returning your items for drop off bring your paperwork to expedite check in.

  • The payment account on file will be charged a cleaning fee if items are returned dirty or wrinkled.

  • The payment account on file will be charged for any Loss and Damage to rented items.

Delivery & Pick Up Services

Do you Deliver?

Customarily, we do not offer delivery. However we can offer this service, to out-of-towner planners working in Las Vegas.

We offer curbside deliveries and pick-only [Port-to-Port]. We Do Not Offer Set Up or Teardown Services - .

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

TERMS
By placing an order, Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stage & Screen Props LLC and its agents, attorneys,managers and employees, against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits and demands of any sort resulting from any activity in connection with the products being leased.
